WCA is a non-profit community association of single family homes located in the Mount Vernon District of Fairfax County, Virginia. The National Park Service’s George Washington Parkway bisects our community and we are halfway between Old Town Alexandria and the Mount Vernon Estate. The Wellington community comprises over 489 active and networked families living, working, and doing business in Northern Virginia and the DC metropolitan area. Homes in the Wellington Civic Association neighborhoods are located between Dyke Marsh and Collingwood Road, nestled between Fort Hunt Road and the Potomac River.
